SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are accepted every day of the week and processed in the order in which received. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (prevents melting) throughout the US, unless advised otherwise. International US Military orders are also accepted. Due to shipping constraints, other international shipping cost is custom calculated to determine best rate. International orders can be requested via email at caspruslovebutter@gmail.com or send message via instagram @caspruslovebutter.
Each glass container is securely packaged to prevent leakage and breakage.
***Please be aware, you have the options to choose your order to be mailed or pickup (Covington, GA). For pickup orders, you will receive a confirmation EMAIL advising WHEN your product will be available (tuesday-thursday 9am-4pm) along with a request to advise me when your order will be picked up. After you have confirmed your pickup day and time, the address will be sent to you (THIS IS NOT A STORE FRONT).

If item is in stock, please allow 2-3 days for shipping which occurs on Tuesdays or Fridays (unless told otherwise). Otherwise please allow 3-7 days processing and items will be shipped on Fridays or Tuesdays. Within the US, priority mail can take 2- 7 days to arrive. We are not responsible for delay issues experienced by the USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy
-CasprusLoveButter is packaged in glass containers and is securely packaged to prevent breakage, but if item/s arrive damaged, DO NOT USE BECAUSE THE GLASS SHATTERS. Immediately take a picture and email to caspruslovebutter@gmail.com in order to create an inquiry ticket. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue and have your items re-delivered.

-An email is sent once packages are mailed with tracking number. If package shows delivered, but missing, you must file a claim with your tracking number at www.usps.com. If you need additional assistance, please contact us within 1 weeks of placing order at caspruslovebutter@gmail.com or sending a text 678-330-5658. After researching with USPS to attempt to have it recovered, if package is lost (due to our error we will resend at no additional charge. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect delivery based on incorrect/incomplete address provided by customers or stolen packages. ​

-BE AWARE IF ITEMIS LEFT IN A HEATED AREA, THE PRODUCT CAN MELT AND IS STILL PERFECT FOR USE. In order for product to return to it's congealed state, remove from packaging and place in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours or overnight. Items can then be returned to room temperature and its smooth texture will be revealed.
